How Everwell works
You complete a short medical assessment, sign up and then have a video consultation with an IMC-registered doctor, who decides whether treatment is suitable. If a medicine is prescribed, the partner pharmacy in Northern Ireland dispenses it and couriers it to your home, or you can arrange collection. A named coach works with you each week, and the doctor reviews your progress every four weeks. Everwell's terms say you must consent to it notifying your GP.
What it costs
Everwell charges a monthly service fee, currently €99. The pharmacy bills separately for the medicine, priced by treatment and dose, plus €8.49 delivery for each order. If a doctor finds you unsuitable for treatment, Everwell says your plan is cancelled, you are charged a fixed €99.99 and the difference is refunded.
Who runs it
Everwell is a trading name of Saxonvale Limited, which its terms say is changing its name to Everwell Digital Healthcare Group Limited, registered in Dublin. The dispensing pharmacy is a separate company that you contract with directly.
