Your saved result
When you save a result, one confirmation email comes from hello@glp1.ie. Not there after a few minutes? Check your spam or Promotions folder. To ask about a saved result, reply to that email, or write to hello@glp1.ie from the address you used, and we will look it up and reply.
Stop emails or delete your data
Reply STOP to any email about your saved result and we will not send you any more emails about it. A price or HSE alert is a separate request: to withdraw one, or to have your details deleted, email hello@glp1.ie from the address you used, for example with the subject “Delete my data”. The privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
A question about a provider
GLP-1.ie is not a clinic or pharmacy, so we cannot see your booking, prescription, order or refund with a provider. For those, contact the provider directly; its profile on our provider list links its own site. For a question about how providers, fees or routes compare, email us.
A correction to a price or provider fact
If a provider price, medication availability note, consultation fee, or delivery statement is wrong, send the current source URL and the correction requested. Corrections are free. We check each one against the source before we publish it, and we prioritise factual corrections that affect patient decisions.
Partnership enquiries
Providers can contact us about partnerships; what is on offer, and what it costs, is on the partners page. Commercial relationships must be disclosed. They cannot require misleading claims, paid or hidden rankings, paid ads for prescription-medicine brands, or unsafe medical claims.
Already a partner? Cancel, change your card or download invoices in Stripe’s customer portal, or email us. The partner terms cover renewals, cancelling and refunds.
Medical questions
GLP-1.ie cannot answer personal medical questions. If you have symptoms, side effects, contraindication concerns, or prescription questions, contact your own GP, pharmacist, prescriber, or emergency service as appropriate.
