The prices Irish pharmacies and online services publish for Mounjaro, Wegovy and Saxenda, by dose, as shown on their own websites on 25 September 2026. Every price needs a prescription and is the medicine price only unless the row says otherwise.
- Mounjaro (tirzepatide) injection: €215 to €585 a month across 5 sources, depending on dose.
- Wegovy (semaglutide) injection: €125 to €295 a month across 4 sources, depending on dose.
- Wegovy (semaglutide) tablets: €105 to €229 a month across 2 sources, depending on dose.
- Saxenda (liraglutide) injection: €258.50 to €299 a month across 2 sources, depending on dose.

We record only prices a seller publishes on its own public page, with the page link and the date we checked it.
