Dose steps
Multiplying the starting price by 13 understates a year, because most published prices rise with the dose. This table adds each seller's own four-week price for each step, plus its delivery charge, using prices checked 12 October 2026. Each step is held for the minimum four weeks in the EMA product information for Wegovy and Mounjaro. Consultation and review fees are not included; add them in the worksheet above.

The first 4-week figure adds the starting fee once. The 12-week and 52-week views add recurring costs three and thirteen times. The worksheet does not guess price changes, dose changes, stock, reimbursement or whether treatment will be prescribed; the dose-step table uses published per-dose prices instead.

Many quoted treatment and fulfilment charges recur over four weeks. The 52-week view therefore uses 13 four-week cycles. Confirm the exact billing cadence with the provider and pharmacy.

Get itemised written quotes for the same prescribed strength, supply period and services. Separate the starting assessment from repeat reviews, medicine, support and delivery. For a subscription, ask what is included and what is charged separately; count each cost once. Compare normal repeat costs after any introductory offer, plus the minimum commitment and cancellation terms. A calendar-month subscription is not a four-week charge: compare matching periods before using this four-week worksheet, and keep any unconfirmed component unknown.
Do not assume they are included or charged separately. Ask the dispensing pharmacy for an itemised quote covering the medicine, any needles required for the supplied presentation, dispensing and delivery or collection. Confirm which items are included, which cost extra and whether each charge applies once or to every order. Count an included item only once. Keep a separate note of any extra charge that does not fit this worksheet; its displayed subtotal will not include that extra. An unanswered fee question is unknown, not free.
