Build the real monthly number
The real price is consultation plus medicine plus delivery plus repeat care. If you are comparing providers, calculate month one, month three and month six rather than only looking at the first advertised fee.
Cheap can still be safe if the route is clear
A low consultation fee is not automatically a red flag. The key question is whether there is a qualified prescriber, proper medical screening, a regulated pharmacy and a clear follow-up process.
Where to be sceptical
Be sceptical of guaranteed prescriptions, no-screening sellers, social-media offers, unclear pharmacy names, and sites that hide who prescribes or dispenses the medicine.
