GPLine GP-supervised weight control service: fee and process

GPLine is an online GP service offering a GP-supervised weight control consultation by secure video with an IMC-registered GP. It publishes a €100 fee and says medicine is paid for separately at the pharmacy. Here is how it works.

GLP-1.ie is independent. No provider pays us today, for a listing, a ranking or a referral. If that changes, this note will say so, and payment will never change the order or remove a safety warning.

Route status: Public route listed

The provider's public weight-management page loaded when checked on 2 October 2026. This is not a live appointment, prescription or stock guarantee.

How GPLine's weight service works

You book and see the fee before paying. In the video consultation, the GP reviews your medical history, current health, lifestyle and goals, and develops a personalised plan. The GP may recommend investigations or a referral. GPLine says medicine is prescribed only after an individual assessment and where clinically appropriate, and results are not guaranteed. Follow-up appointments review progress.

Who runs it

GPLine gives only a trading name and an address in Frenchpark, Co. Roscommon. The same address and phone number appear on DrOnline247, another online GP brand. No company number is published on the pages checked.
