1. Is the consultation included?
Some providers charge a separate first consultation fee. Others bundle review, prescription handling, coaching, or follow-up into a wider monthly plan. A lower first consultation can be useful if you are just checking eligibility, but it does not always mean the cheapest long-term plan.
2. Does the monthly medication price vary by dose?
Wegovy usually starts at 0.25mg a week, and the prescriber increases it in steps towards a usual maintenance dose of 2.4mg. Ask whether the provider charges the same monthly amount across doses or whether higher doses cost more.
3. What happens if stock is limited?
GLP-1 stock can change. Before ordering, check whether the provider can support the next step in the dose schedule and whether they will help you plan refills early enough to avoid a gap.
4. What support is available if side effects appear?
Nausea, constipation, and appetite changes are common during dose escalation. The cheapest plan may not be best if it leaves you without clear follow-up when side effects need dose adjustment or clinical advice.
