What you get when you pay for a verified partner profile, and how renewal, cancelling and refunds work. Written in plain English.

These terms are for providers and clinics buying for their business. People using the site are covered by the terms of use.

What you get

You keep everything a free profile has, including free corrections. We do not promise any number of views, click-outs, bookings or patients.

What payment never buys

Payment never changes your place in the editorial order, the comparison criteria or any safety warning or caveat. Paid placement is labelled: while you pay, the “Paid partner · facts verified” label appears beside your name in every provider list, comparison table and price list where GLP-1.ie shows you, on your profile, and in our confirmation email when its booking button names you. Your profile and our site-wide disclosure say that you pay, and the visit and booking links that send visitors to you are marked as sponsored for search engines. We publish facts you can confirm, not promotional claims, and we do not publish promotional wording about prescription-only medicines.

The featured place

The featured place costs €750 a month. It is the one place above each comparison and at the top of quiz results, labelled “Paid partner · featured place” and kept apart from the editorial list, held by one provider at a time. It includes everything above. The price, renewal, cancelling, refund and failed-payment terms below apply to it in the same way.

Price and renewal

A verified partner profile costs €99 a month, or €990 a year (the same as ten months), paid by card through Stripe. The monthly plan renews every month and the yearly plan every year, on the date you first paid, until you cancel. The price shown at checkout is the total you are charged; no VAT is added at checkout.

Getting started

We email you from hello@glp1.ie within one working day of your payment to collect your facts, booking link and any team photos. We check your facts against your public pages and agree the wording with you. Your verified partner profile goes live within two working days of your confirming your facts.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@glp1.ie or through Stripe’s customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; it does not refund the rest of that period. We remove the paid elements within two working days after your paid period ends. Your free profile stays listed, as it does for every provider.

Refunds

If we do not publish your verified partner profile, for any reason, we refund your payment in full. The refund goes to the card you paid with, and we cancel the subscription at once.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries it again. If Stripe’s retries end without payment, the subscription ends and we remove the paid elements within two working days. Your free profile stays listed.

Your facts and photos

You confirm that the facts, links and photos you send are accurate and that you may let us publish them. We may decline wording we cannot verify or that reads as advertising.

Payment data

Stripe processes your payment. We receive your business name, email address, billing address and payment status from Stripe, never your full card number, and use them only to run your subscription and verified partner profile. Our privacy policy covers this under “Partner subscriptions”.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will email you before your next renewal, and the change applies from that renewal. You can cancel before then.

Working days and governing law

A working day is Monday to Friday, except Irish public holidays. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
