We compare like for like: a Republic of Ireland pharmacy price that states a four-week supply and its delivery charge. Lower entries in the list are not like for like: Everwell lists €125 for 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg and 1 mg, medicine only from the Northern Ireland pharmacy Everwell uses, which needs the €149 monthly programme fee (reduced rate; listed as €189) and €8.49 delivery: €282.49 for the first four weeks; Pure Pharmacy lists €200.74 for 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg and 1 mg, but its page does not state the pack size or the delivery charge. The lowest price is a medicine price, not a full route cost. The Wegovy in Ireland guide lists the dated pharmacy prices by dose and the usual GP or online-doctor route. The published pharmacy price list records the seller, dose, pack, source and check date, including what the price covers. Some providers separate the consultation fee from the medication price, while others bundle clinical review into a plan. To compare properly, add the consultation, Wegovy medication, delivery, and any follow-up charges across the first one to three months.
Wegovy is usually increased gradually over time. Ask whether the monthly price changes by dose, whether follow-up reviews are included, and what happens if side effects mean you need to pause or stay on a lower dose.
A regulated provider should require medical screening before prescribing. Avoid any route that offers Wegovy without a proper consultation, avoids safety questions, or pressures you to order quickly.
